Business Development @ FlytBase

What Will Be My Role & Responsibilities?

Primary responsibilities include:
• Nurture leads and convert MQLs to SQLs, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of customer acquisition, etc..
• Build & explain the business case for FlytBase offerings, develop & refine sales collateral (eg. presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs).
• Support executive management in converting SQLs to contracts
• Support deployment team via on-site visits during PoC & pilot deployments; take responsibility for customer success.
• Analyze the competitive context for FlytBase supply chain offerings including pricing, go-to-market strategies, customer engagements, revenues, partnerships, hiring plans, event participation, etc.
• Effectively use sales tools such as CRM, mail tracking, conferencing, content sharing, contract management, etc.

Should I Apply?

Only those candidates need apply who:
• have an undergraduate degree in engineering and can demonstrate at-least 3+ years of full-time experience in B2B sales & business development, focused on US & Europe, for software/SaaS products, platforms, solutions
• are willing to be held accountable for revenue targets,
• are available for a full-time role based in Pune, but with extensive travel to US,
• have B1/B2 visa for US,
• can be effective in an extremely fast-paced environment,
• are able to work evenings and weekends to coordinate across time zones and meet deadlines,
• are able to start the role by January 2020, if selected, and
• love to work with customers 24x7!

Note: MBA degree is not required. Supply chain domain experience is a plus. Drone experience is a plus.

What Will I Earn?

This role comes with an annual CTC in the range of INR 7 lakh to 10 lakh and depends on the quality of your work experience, degree of professionalism, culture fit and alignment to FlytBase’s long-term business strategy.
