Business Development @ FlytBase

FlytBase is committed to delivering drone automation solutions for warehouse applications such as inventory management, rooftop & corrosion inspection, perimeter security and surveillance. Business development at FlytBase involves segmenting the target market, in-depth understanding of customer pain points, creating a portfolio of techno-commercial collateral, helping stakeholders build a business case for drone adoption, generating high-quality leads at a rapid pace, and driving closure of commercial contracts. We believe that sustained intensity, go-to-market creativity and customer empathy are crucial for world-class sales performance in emerging technologies, besides a keen eye for detail, a genuine interest in drones, and written communication skills.

What Will Be My Role & Responsibilities?

Primary responsibilities include:
• Generate B2B sales leads, qualify them, and nurture them, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of leads, etc.
• Use Internet research to develop company & contact lists, curate email databases, CXO lists, etc.
• Do qualitative and quantitative analysis for leads to help organize, connect and qualify them
• Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead / demand generation
• Develop and execute strategies for outbound, targeted, account-based marketing
• Be an expert user of tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, Hunter, Hoovers, Owler, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, etc. for company analysis and lead generation

Should I Apply?

Only those candidates need apply who:
• are willing to be held accountable for lead generation targets,
• have an undergraduate degree in engineering and can demonstrate at-least 2 years of full-time experience in a sales role, specifically lead generation and qualification,
• have full-time experience in generating B2B leads, primarily from US & Europe, for software/SaaS products, platforms, solutions
• are available for a full-time role in Pune,
• can be effective in an extremely fast-paced environment,
• are able to work evenings and weekends to coordinate across time zones and meet deadlines,
• are able to start the role by October 2019, if selected, and
• love to generate & qualify sales leads!

Note: MBA degree is not required. Supply chain domain experience is a plus.

What Will I Earn?

This role comes with an annual CTC in the range of INR 6 lakh to INR 10 lakh and depends on the quality of your work experience, degree of professionalism, culture fit and alignment to FlytBase’s long-term business strategy.
