What is Flymble?
Flymble (flymble.com) is a venture backed startup that lets you book flights and slice the cost into equal monthly payments. For example, fly to Bangkok for just £47 upfront!

Here’s how it works: users search for their preferred flight on Flymble.com and all prices are broken down into 3-to-10 monthly payments. In the checkout you pay your first instalment and Flymble emails you a confirmed e-ticket for the flight.

Flymble just opened a brand new office in Warsaw, located at plac Trzech Krzyzy and is building up its team here. The company has closed partnerships with credit providers in the EU and is ranked one of the top 10 most popular travel products in the world on ProductHunt.com (a couple places below ‘Google Trips’ and ‘Self driving Uber’).

Our plans for 2019 and beyond are bold, inspiring and daring - and our founders and investors are an allstar team of crazy-smart, passionate and driven people. In the next 12 months we are going to add hotels and travel packages, launch in new countries and much more.


The role

1) Talent Hunting:

- Drive the direct recruitment of approximately 12 new hires (tech, marketing, ops) in the next 6 months and build out your own HR team over the next 12 months.
- Actively source top talent, manage applications, schedule interviews and be the front line filter on key roles. You own recruiting at Flymble.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience and an exceptional talent acquisition process.

2) General HR
- Be "the HR person" at Flymble, reporting to the founders. Take primary responsibility for all human resource related activities.
- As the first point of contact for general HR, onboarding and employee matters, you will be responsible for providing regular support and coaching when needed.
- Manage all HR administration: preparing documents (contracts, offer letters etc), maintaining records, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date. Manage payroll and benefits.

3) Culture nurturing
-Work closely with the founders to design and manage a company culture of belonging, personal empowerment and beat the system mentality.
- Design employee engagement initiatives including fun events, company perks and career growth plans.
