Flux Auto is building self driving technology for commercial vehicles. We have been working on this since January 2017, but we have a long way to go and are looking to build a team of the best people.

Responsibilities:

• Build motion planning and decision-making systems for the self-driving
vehicles, ensuring that the behaviour of our vehicles is safe, smooth, and
predictable to other road users.
• Build robust solutions to cutting-edge driving problems.
• Improve how our vehicles act and react in complex and nuanced
situations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of real-world experience of developing robotic systems and
have deep familiarity with the whole stack of high-level decision making,
motion planning, and low-level control.
• Prior hands-on experience in deploying motion planning/control
algorithms on robotic and/or autonomous vehicle systems.
• Working knowledge and practical application of robotic path planning,
motion planning algorithms (A*, sampling-based motion planners, lattice-
based planners, etc)
• Understanding of vehicle dynamics, modeling and system identification
techniques
• Experience with programming in C/C++ for real-time applications on Linux
platforms
• Experience with programming in Python

who are passionate about autonomous systems and changing the
