We're looking for full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join the team. We take customer experience very seriously – it is the differentiator in this industry. This means addressing any issues our members and potential members might have as fast as possible. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle high amounts of incoming chats, text messages, and email
  • Must be very comfortable with customer service tools like Front, Google Sheets and Docs, Dropbox, web, etc.
  • Fast typer
  • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
  • Reach personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to make customers happy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a high volume customer support role in person or digital
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
