We started Flowcast with the mission to help the underserved market gain access to capital. We have a thesis that AI & ML can harness the trove of data trapped in databases of traders, banks, logistics companies and others that will - in combination with alternative data sources - be algorithmically predictive in guiding risk management to unlock SME finance.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an early stage fintech with a dynamic team expanding in Singapore to serve its rapidly growing client base in Asia Pacific. You will be building the future of trade finance and SME lending using cutting-edge AI/ML techniques. We seek an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team, reporting directly to our APAC General Manager.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is one of the most strategic functions at Flowcast. As a CSM, you will be responsible for growing customer adoption, ensuring retention, and overall satisfaction and happiness for a set of highly strategic accounts in APAC. Through direct collaboration with our clients, you will coach them to achieve their business goals and maximize both business and technical value from their investment in Flowcast. Ultimately, you’ll be the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate to ensure customer success.

As a leader within our Customer Success team, you must be genuine, compassionate, energetic, organized and, above all else, be driven by the ultimate success of our clients. You will work tirelessly at, and settle for nothing less than, the absolute success of our customers.

This role is based in our Singapore office.

As a Flowcast CSM, you will be accountable for:
- Orchestrating overall relationship with assigned clients, including growing adoption, ensuring retention, and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction & happiness.
- Attaining ‘Trusted Advisor’ status with both key functional & technical decision makers.
- Striving for the highest degree of customer satisfaction resulting in positive references for Flowcast products & services.
- Being the Flowcast ambassador with our customers & an advocate for our customers within Flowcast.
- Working with clients to build Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals, to aid the customer in achieving their objectives.
- Monitoring & proactively project managing all service delivery obligations.
- Establishing & driving regular cadence with each assigned client.
- Monitoring & identifying trends in Flowcast solution adoption & utilization, and communicating product feature limitations and functional/technical hurdles.
- Identifying new/upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Preparing & delivering solution demos, functional/technical presentations & workshops to help customers demonstrate the full value of Flowcast solutions.

You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in enterprise sales
- 3+ years of account management experience / customer engagement in enterprise SaaS
- A track record of successful project management of enterprise engagements, preferably in FSI
- Project Management certification highly preferred
- Able to work autonomously and resourcefully in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing customer facing critical & complex situations or incidents
- Domain knowledge in fintech (B2B financing), lendtech and/or commercial/transaction banking is a plus
