FLO is a Los Angeles-based health & wellness brand built on the idea that small acts of self-care produce positive outcomes. We’ve created the first-ever PMS gummy vitamin, designed to make periods and the symptoms that come with them more tolerable. Our team is small-yet-mighty, with big ambitions and an entrepreneurial spirit. Your Role

The Digital Customer Acquisition Manager will manage, optimize, and scale FLO’s customer acquisition channels. Responsibilities will include optimizing campaign performance, coordinating new campaigns & creatives, and allocating budgets.

We are looking for someone who is hyper-analytical and data-obsessed, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate can manage and own the performance of multiple acquisition channels, is able to work with multiple stakeholders, and can ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. As the Digital Customer Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against sharp KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture, and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.

The Digital Customer Acquisition Manager reports to the VP of Growth and will work cross-functionally within the organization to further expand marketing efforts and develop our product and brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage paid media campaigns
  • Define weekly campaign priorities and structures to most efficiently acquire customers
  • Determine weekly marketing budgets and allocate across campaigns
  • Coordinate with design team to generate new creative assets

Determine optimization opportunities

  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce customer acquisition cost
  • Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and spot issues
  • Set-up and measure A/B tests to optimize campaign structure, creative/copy, and buy flow

Guide the acquisition strategy

  • Contribute insights on business and macro media trends that will affect monthly/quarterly performance
  • Compile best practices to improve overall acquisition strategy
  • Build the research for evaluation of new user acquisition/growth channels

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and marketing budgets
  • Expertise in managing digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, Google, and Pinterest
  • Experience with data analysis (e.g. Excel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Interpersonal:

  • Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies
  • Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
  • Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Excitement for startups and building from the ground up

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail and/or digital marketing is a plus

Hours and Compensation

  • Job Type: Full-time preferred
  • Pay based on prior experience

Position will be based out of Los Angeles, CA
