FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.

While based in the US, FieldPulse has recently received a strategic investment and partnership with Superseed, the venture arm of The Reece Group (based in Melbourne). As a result of this investment and partnership, we'll be going to market in Australia with The Reece Group and will be adding team members in Melbourne to support the efforts. Your main office will be with the Superseed team in Collingwood.

In this role you'll be at the forefront of the sales process, making a huge and direct contribution to our success. You'll manage inbound leads, reaching out to learn more about their business, qualifying new opportunities, setting up demos and training, and qualifying top prospects. We're looking for someone who can engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, and stay organized.

Compensation includes base salary plus commission.

As our Account Executive you will:

-Own, manage, and drive the full sales process from first contact through close

-Lead demos to interested customers using screen share and videoconferencing technology

-Help potential customers discover unmet needs and understand how we can deliver extraordinary value

-Build a strong sales pipeline with or without inbound leads

-Suggest and/or create sales materials that will help close business

-Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

-1 year minimum experience as an Account Executive, with proven, successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment

-Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value

-Ability to articulate product value proposition

-Highly intelligent, passionate, team player

-Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone

-A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer

-A willingness to perform Outbound in addition to Inbound Sales

-The ability to close business and create urgency with prospects while maintaining rapport and keeping the potential clients best interest in mind

-Knowledge of Xero Accounting software a plus
