Flexiple is looking for a Core Team Member responsible for Outbound Sales focused on EMEA and the US. We are looking for someone who preferably has 1+ year of experience in outbound lead generation via email and social channels.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead various sales initiatives and use different channels such as email, social to generate leads
- Manage the entire client pipeline, generate leads and work on closing them
- Manage existing accounts to ensure engagement success and close any project related issues faced by them
- Explore new avenues of lead generation along with the founding team
- Work closely with the founders on other initiatives such as marketing which have a direct impact on sales

Who you are:
- At least 1 year of experience of working in a startup preferably in B2B Sales role
- Open to feedback, self starter, quick learner and open to taking up work individually
- You are driven by statistics and can crunch numbers to positively impact your work
