Sales Development Representative

What you’ll get to work on
As a member of our Customer Engagement team, you will be the face of our product and will develop new sales opportunities. You’ll be directly involved in powering our sales to the next level. This is a role for someone hungry, willing to learn and eager to advance in the company.



Role and responsibilities
• Manage relationships with customers at every stage of the sales cycle - including account planning, demand generation, deal closing, and much more.
• Develop and execute Flare’s sales strategy while working with large enterprise customers.
• Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals.
• Develop a scalable process and optimize prospecting automation.
• Work collaboratively with Account Executives to develop territory and strengthen the pipeline.
• Articulate and craft Flare’s business value by engaging in executive-level presentations.
• Advise and contribute towards content strategy development such as sales material, product briefs and channel marketing (e.g, website, speaking, content).



Qualifications
• Strong communication skills with a growth and learning mindset
• Have a strong desire and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in sales and growing into a sales executive with people management responsibilities
• Experience selling to C-level executives
• Ability to prioritize and discover new opportunities while cultivating meaningful relationships
• Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone, leading and persuading and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting



Good to have
• Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, challenges and existing solutions
• Prior professional 1- 2 years of experience with SaaS or B2B software sales and prospecting
