We are now hiring for the position of Executive Assistant, based in West Hollywood. This is the best opportunity to learn and build a strong career path. -Assist with Co-CEO's daily schedules.
-Attend events with Co-CEOs or on behalf of them.
-Help form a company-wide standard operation protocol.
-Participate in community management and customer service, working directly or indirectly with interior designers, end users, and other industry contacts.
-Help plan the brand event and the brand partnership.
-Manage and maintain all services the company subscribe.
-Manage supplies, collaterals, and other necessities.
-Maintain the company calendar, proactively preparing events/birthday parties/Friday lunches... to elevate the team spirit.
-Assist new employees to onboard.
-A little bookkeeping.

-Extremely organized and detail oriented.
-Smart and savvy in public presence.
-Love to wear multiple hats; can multi-function.
-Know how and what to prioritize.
-Thrive with what you have; build what you don't have.
-Good with people.
