The Role

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying key players in the industry through extensive market research and converting them into FITPASS partners

- Imparting necessary training to partnered fitness studios to help them use the CRM system to their maximum advantage

- Connecting with partnered fitness studios and conducting meetings regularly to maintain long-term relationships and address their concerns

- Working closely with the Product and Technology team to improve services basis feedback received

- Working closely with the Branding and Marketing team to increase customer engagement with the brand and with the product

- Developing strategies for the expansion of FITPASS pan India

Prerequisites:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-2 years of work experience in a client facing role
- Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with the drive to achieve targets
- Comfortable travelling within the city
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sufficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
