Who’s a great fit:
· 2-4 years’ Experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferably in people tech. The role requires someone who can work with Targets on MQLs and increase the lead funnel.

· Adept with Online marketing, SEO and website optimization tools
· Work closely with the content generation team, to translate business requirements to high quality content

· An articulate communicator with strong writing skills and attention to detail
· Bring a suite of creative ideas to increase lead generation & social media presence

· A self-starter who builds trust among teams and readers

Responsibilities:
· Focus on content distribution and increasing website traffic
· Increase marketing qualified leads, by experimenting Call to Action. Website optimization, SEO optimization & followership on channels

· Work closely with internal teams on increasing MQLs to SALs ratio
· Study data and analyze key trends and conversion ratios to strategize reach and lead generation
· Own the marketing automation, and set up of Email campaigns, website updates
· Collaborate with product teams to stay ahead of new upgrades and plan communication
· Identify creative ways to increase reach through webinars, meet ups etc.
