Technical Support and Logistics Specialist

As a Technical Support and Logistics Specialist at Fit3D, you will be responsible for assisting the Logistics, Technical Support and Customer Success teams all phases of customer support, and receipt, movement, storage, tracking, and shipment of Fit3D materials and tools required for field service and order fulfillment. This role is non-exempt. This role will report to the VP of Operations.

Your Profile:

• 2-4 years’ experience in customer support, technical support for a technology and/or OEM company (specifically seeking experience with technical troubleshooting/hardware support)
• Provide exceptional customer support and relationship management experiences that distinguishes Fit3D support as superior in the industry
• Deep understanding of how to effectively and concisely communicate troubleshooting, both written and verbal (preference for supporting clients via phone)

What You’ll Do:

Support

• Help facilities, end users and distributors work through understanding 3D body scanning technology, data compiled in their reports and technical issues with scanning units.
• Work closely with our Customer Experience, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely responses are meeting expectations
• Responding to customer comments and concerns in a professional, detailed and timely manner
• Gathering feedback and communicating key member issues to management
• Assisting management with ideas on how to improve overall member satisfaction
• Ability to handle both simple high-level, everyday issues and complex issues with ease
• Ability to expediently respond to emails, text messages and phone calls with ease

Logistics

• In partnership with the VP of Operations, Customer Success and Community Manager, Accounting and Logistics and Tech Support Manager, assist in supporting the company’s inventory controls, policies, standard procedures, and utilize systems to achieve accurate inventory data and reporting
• In tandem with marketing, sales, customer support and success goals, work to develop strategies to successfully project inventory needs for our existing facilities, new enterprise customers, as well as international distributors
• Play a key role in supporting new product launches coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper setup, operations and success of launch
• Keep close tabs on internal project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders
• Track materials transactions using our asset management tool and troubleshooting
• Perform, document and reconcile inventory and asset cycle counts
• Ensure that office space is clear and clean of Fit3D materials and tools
• Assist in managing relationships with delivery carriers

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 years’ experience as logistics and/or customer service professional with familiarity of logistics suppliers, processes and markets
• Proactive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and collaborative working style with an ability to work independently when necessary and meet deadlines
• Adaptable to changing directions of team projects; ability to set aside a project and refocus priorities effectively
• Experience working with Zendesk or another similar support/CRM tool, including making simple CSS and/or HTML edits
• Ability to learn and understand the details of international shipments and all associated required paperwork
• Experience with UPS Quantum View, FedEx Ship Manager helpful but not required
• Background in 3rd party 3PL domestic and international shipping helpful but not required
• Shipping knowledge of domestic and international UPS Small package processes, Air Freight, LTL, and boat freight helpful but not required

This role will be expected to be an in-office role Monday-Friday. Hours may vary.
