The role would be that of a Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales and the location would be Delhi NCR.

- Play a mission-critical role in transforming 'Finance Departments' to become a 'Finance Intelligence Department' with an Intelligent Account Payables Automation System.

- You'll be driving growth & market share in a particular geography for a global SaaS Product that has helped hundreds of businesses have their finance teams gain complete insight into spend data by automating account payables within the organization.

Job Description :

- To build on the traction gained by Finly and to drive it further, we are looking to add high-quality Sales professionals across all the major Indian metro regions. The role entails driving growth & market share in particular geography by selling Finly's industry-leading AP cloud offering to medium & large enterprises and quarterbacking deals from start to finish.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales.

- 1+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Data-driven mindset.

- Holds self and others accountable for results

- Follows through on difficult decisions.

- Demonstrates different influence styles as appropriate to the situation while maintaining positive relationships.

- Builds and maintains trusting relationships with associates and customers.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills :

- Previous experience managing or leading people.

- B2B Sales in Medium & Large Enterprises

- Ability to inspire and motivate a team of individuals to achieve phenomenal results.

- Must be a highly-motivated - self-starter- with excellent verbal communication skills.

- Must be detail oriented to manage the day-to-day operations of lead generation, but must also possess the strategic business acumen required to participate in the design and develop of new lead generation programs.

- Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus

- Experience selling cloud based solutions is a plus
