The Role

Responsibilities
- Identify new customers and develop new accounts through visits or outbound
calls to achieve targets
- Nurture relationships with existing customers and cultivate strong customer
loyalty
- Responsible for monitoring performance to maintain number of active clients
and reduce churn
- Collect feedback from customers to improve the existing product offering to
maintain market competitiveness
- Analyze assigned market performance and produce weekly and monthly
reports

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, be humble and patient
- Enjoy talking to people, a good listener that can close deals
- Self-motivated with “can-do” mentality, you don’t take No for an answer.
- Great with establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with new and
existing customers
- Tech-oriented, understand digital marketing, web and mobile application,
passionate about the latest tech trend
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Always open to learn and improve
