Fenix Commerce is on a mission to transform the eCommerce by disrupting direct to consumer shipping and returns. We are a SaaS platform which drives sales growth for retailers by enabling them to provide Amazon prime like delivery/shipping experience to the retailers and improving conversion rates, reducing cart abandonment while creating customer loyalty.

You will connect with prospects to determine if they are a good fit for the platform and work closely with Account Executives to close the deals. This is an opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company with a vision and mission to transform the online retail/eCommerce industry and a very fast growing sales team while learning all the best practices of software sales and subscription.

Job Duties:
• Email and Cold-call prospects generated by internal and external lead sources.
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Collaborate with management team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and territory campaigns.
• Set product demo meetings with potential prospects.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales leads.
• Creatively prospect for new accounts via tools available.
• Research and setup tools required for effective outbound communication and internal reporting.
• Appropriately communicate offering description, brand identity, and corporate position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity desired.
• Understanding of SaaS platform preferred.
• Ability to convert prospects to meetings and achieving quotas or goals.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Competitive spirit that drives achievement of individual goals, while also supporting the team with its collective goals.
• Comfortable working in the fast paced and dynamic environment of a high-growth technology company.
• Propensity to quickly learn new tools and resources.
