This role reports to our Head of Customer Experience, Bobby Shomrony. We need a high energy, incredibly friendly person that loves helping people. We need someone that is empathetic and can put themselves in a customer’s shoes to understand their questions, frustrations, and concerns.

You will:
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and efficiency
• Help prospective and existing customers with product questions, shipping issues, returns and exchanges, online chat, social responses, and call follow ups.
• Treat each customer with humility and respect
• Respond to each customer with a personalized, non-canned response
• Keep track of customer sentiment: you’re the front lines of this brand and will know the customer better than anyone!
