We are a hot startup out of Miami and New York in one of the most exciting fields of women's fashion tech. With fast growth comes the need to expand our team with hard working, like minded, enterprising individuals. We need your ideas, energy and drive to help take the company to the next level.

Our team is young, international and growing fast, hoping to double in the next 6-8 months so you have the chance to become a part of something big on the ground floor.

About the role:
Are you a tech savvy, ultra resourceful digital marketing wiz who knows a thing or 2 about women's fashion? We have been growing exponentially but are building a team to go into the hockey-stick growth curve and need your expertise. The team is a dynamic all women's team based in the exciting city of Miami.

We are looking for a problem-solving team player who can pull out all the stops for the next 12-18 months to shape the strategy and help execute. You would have honed your craft in the a brand-side performance marketing role preferably in a startup environment and are looking for an opportunity to step up and own all paid digital channels.

Our plan:
We envision a surgical strike at all across multiple advertising channels: paid social, paid search (SEM), content marketing, email, programmatic and direct mail, influencer marketing, podcast ads, affiliate marketing, video advertising, and more.

We want to be smart and data led so you must be comfortable both setting and executing to goals and measuring/ analyzing the impact of different strategies in different channels. In return for this transparency you will get carte blanche to be creative, develop vendor/ agency relationships and owning/ tweaking the mix to get results.

Some ingredients which have gotten you to where you are:
-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, etc.) or with relevant coursework.
-5 years of experience in SEM marketing at a startup and/or e-commerce company
-Tech experience to be able to work with software engineers, extract and mine data
-An analytical mind, with skills like advanced Excel, third party analytics, A/B testing software, and attribution platforms preferred
-Proven results actively managing multiple paid acquisition channels in a high-growth environment
-Self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced, ever evolving startup environment
-Salary dependent on experience.
