Your Profile :
> You are curious, open, and motivated to work in a Startup environment.
1 to 3 years of experience as inside sales, account executive or customer success.
> You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> You are able to work as a team player.
> Familiarity with chatbot, artificial intelligence engine or natural language processing.
> Strong interpersonal skills and a keen customer oriented mindset.
> We'd like to get to know you, so please share any of your side projects, hobbies or relevant materials, if any.
Your Responsibilities :
> Onboard new clients and support them during the setup phase.
> Help customer to optimise and reap maximum benefits of the solution.
> Monitor and track the good functioning of the service during operation phase.
> Conduct monthly business review meeting, reporting and evaluation.
> Work closely with the product/project team and sales during the onboarding phase.
> Translate and communicate customer requirement to product/project team.
> Contribute and put in place the best practices and enablement services.
> Keep clients and represent their interest within the organisation.
