As an intern you'll contribute to the customer success and work closely with the founding team across the different activities and functions. Come join a passionate team.
Your role :
Support activities related to onboarding of new customers (B2B)
Organise discovery workshop to understand client’s existing operation processes
Support and help client’s in using our platform
Create and share best practices for our platform
Write support documentation and best practices play book
Your skills :
You are completing your studies in communication, marketing or business
Natural interest in everything internet, web development and latest technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
Social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram) is your playground
Your profile :
