In this role you will be the front line of our engagement with our customers. You will build relationships with customers through regular outreach, and help them successfully use our product and service.

Radvocate’s mission is to shift power away from big companies and toward individual customers by making it simple and easy to enforce consumer rights. Our online tools help consumers easily submit and resolve disputes with big companies like telcos and banks. We have already helped thousands of consumers resolve disputes and win compensation from 20+ major companies, and are backed by some of the most prominent venture capital funds.

Our Customer Success team is responsible for making sure that our customers feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey of making a claim against a service provider and negotiating a fair settlement (which can take several weeks or months).

•Become an expert on our product and the dispute resolution experience.
Own customer relationships for 500-1000 customers at a time.
•Use Radvocate software to chat with customers, answer their questions and track their progress through the dispute resolution process.
•Share insights and feedback from your experiences with our product and marketing teams.
•Collaborate with our product team to improve our internal software.

As the company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to step up to a management role within our Customer Success Department.

•You are exceptionally diligent and detail oriented.
•You thrive on checking tasks off of a to-do list – you don’t let things fall through the cracks or procrastinate.
•You are comfortable learning and working with job-specific software – such as Customer Relation Management systems.
•You love interacting with people and thrive on helping them.
•You are a skilled chatter and written communicator - you have excellent reading comprehension and writing skills and can type quickly in a messenger.
•You are empathetic and kind.
•You are comfortable learning up quickly on new topics and operating in a constantly evolving environment.

•A track record of high achievement at customer success or similar high-volume customer facing operations.
•Experience walking people through complex processes (e.g. insurance, financial services, or technology products).
•Experience working in small, nimble and fast-paced work environments (preferably tech startup).
•Experience teaching and/or managing others in a customer facing role.
•Demonstrated interest in social impact or justice-oriented projects or organizations.
