ERP Implementation Consultant
As a ERP Implementation Consultant at FACT India , you will wear many hats and have the opportunity to progress within the company. FACT India provides best-of-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions to clients from a broad range of industries. You will work in our Implementation team to implement our solution for our clients.

Your key responsibilities
Consult customers on various options for Pre-implementation Requirement Gathering, Business Process Mapping and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD) of clients’ accounting and business processes.
System Setup, Configuration & Implementation of ERP software on client computers
End-User Training & Post Implementation Helpdesk Support for clients facing technical or functional issues with the software
Conduct system audits for clients
Collaborate with Product, Development, Implementation, Support and Product Support teams to identify gaps and implement process and tooling initiatives to prevent re-work and improve implementation quality
Independently managing multiple implementation projects using best practices regarding system setup and utilization

Basic Requirements
You are an analytical thinker, who enjoys working with clients and is looking to excel in a highly dynamic and innovative environment of FinTech and Private Capital Markets space.
2+ years implementation or relevant support experience
Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering complex system configurations
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, XML & XLS or programming languages
Excellent communications skills and client management skills
Thorough understanding of financial reporting and operating statement analysis
You will need to travel at an average of 25% of the month to do client training and implementation.
Strong proficiency and an understanding of relational database systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Nice to Have Requirements
Previous experience in support, consulting and/or project management experience specifically in the HCM space
