The Sales manager will introduce additional structure and discipline in their sales efforts to ensure no missed opportunities across the world.You will lead the development of the Company's sales strategy and related goals, drive sales on a day-to-day basis in a strategic and disciplined manner in support of the Company's goals by example in a strategic and disciplined manner.
In addition you will be responsible for leading and managing the Company's external sales, including PR and be able to contribute to the growth of the business through the generation of on-brand, on-strategy marketing and partnership ideas.
You will report into the board including sales forecasts, revenues received, etc. The successful candidate will be a University graduate, with significant senior sales experience of travel and/or to the affluent; a successful track record of leading and managing a sales/marketing team to the consistent achievement of its goals.
You will be a proven strategic thinker who can be depended upon to think creatively and innovatively with regard to sales , be someone who can translate strategy into goals and see to their achievement and a history of professionalism and responsibility.
