Growth Associate

Our Growth Associate will hold three distinct responsibilities: (1) Help define the growth plan for both sides of the market; (2) Coordinate and execute the growth plan; (3) Measure growth and iterate the plan accordingly.

In particular . . .

You will be an external face of the company who will speak with prospective and existing users and translate those conversations into customer insights.

You will develop an analytic framework and statistical experiments to measure and develop meaningful insights from user data.

You will help answer the company’s deepest “Why” questions (e.g. Why would users be extremely disappointed if ExpertArmada didn’t exist? Why are users dropping off at certain points on the platform? etc.).

You will help capture and prioritize product suggestions and requests from users.

You should expect to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing.

We’re looking for someone who will be comfortable explaining all aspects of ExpertArmada to a stranger. Our Growth Lead must be able to break down and solve open-ended problems. They should be quantitatively intuitive and conversant in data analysis (or ready to learn very quickly).

This person should consider themselves fluent with new technologies and products. The most successful candidates will consider themselves strong strategic thinkers, creative problem solvers, comfortable working through ambiguity, and willing to do just about anything to reach and retain new users.
