YouTube Video Producer and SEO

We run a youtube channel featuring B2B sales training. The channel has grown from 0 to 1200 subscribers in the last year. Looking to take it to the next level.

Goals:
* Increase advertising/patreon revenue on the channel from $100 per month to $3,000 in six months
* Increase subscribers from 1200 to 15,000+ in 8 months
* Infuse internet marketing best practices into the channel to turn viewers into subscribers, then leads, then purchasers

Who are you?

Someone who lives and breathes Youtube - especially if you follow and regularly watch business videos from Grant Cardone, Gary Vaynerchuck, etc. Bonus points if you also watch videos that do well on Reddit like h3h3 productions or iDubbz?

Video production experience and youtube SEO would be great to have.

What you'll be doing:
* Keyword research and planning of video content, research where necessary
* Editing 3-5 videos per week
* SEO optimizing the descriptions, thumbnails, and titles for youtube and google
* Planning the strategy around video and digital product launches
* Mapping out conversion funnels for turning viewers into subs
* Keeping up with Youtube best practices
* Reaching out to bloggers to feature the videos
* Reaching out to interesting interview subjects that will increase view count

Our company, Experiment27, is 8 people right now - we focus on marketing for digital agencies around the world (mostly in the US and a few in South America at the moment). The youtube channel is our second biggest channel for bringing in customers - the largest is cold email. Looking to grow that further and impact the world with this training.

The videos so far have been featured on Addicted2Success, Entrepreneur, and the front page of multiple subreddits.
