We make working with web applications and enterprise solutions a cakewalk.Job descriptionAs a trusted member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be working with cutting edge CEM platforms such as Medallia to help companies connect with their customers and drive improvements that lead to customer delight. Our CX Manager will work directly with senior decision makers at leading global companies across industries to design, implement, configure, and manage their feedback platforms. You will build strong relationships with clients, help them address critical business problems, and ensure the successful deployment of Excers product suite. You will also build strong relationships with CX Analysts and Sr. Analysts working under your direction, guiding and leading your colleagues in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.Our CX Manager will thrive in a competitive environment, work very closely with our CX Practice and Business Development Team and gain valuable insights from the Executive Team. Our CX Manager will also own a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new opportunities for Excers product suite.PositionManage CEM programs and platforms such as Medallia, bringing technology, CX, and business expertiseManage client relationships on an ongoing basis and be responsible for overall customer experience on the platform - be their trusted advisor on all things Medallia and CXManage customer expectations, deliverables, and relationships with various users and sponsors, report progress, extract and present value added insights from the Excers product suiteEducate and train customers to successfully use CEM and provide product and subject matter expertise to support adoption and increase product usageLead team members to design, configure and build end to end feedback programs, including Surveys and Customer Specific ReportsCollaborate and partner effectively with other Excers and Medallia teams such as Sales, Services, Support and Product etc. to ensure an exceptional client experienceBe a champion of Customer Success, embrace company objectives to deliver on impact while inspiring others to do the sameManage client issues and general inquiries that result in escalation to other teamsLearn constantly and grow your expertiseInterested?Requirements3-4 years of Customer Success Management, CX or CEM platform experienceExperience managing enterprise projects, clients, and deployment teamsAbility to quickly identify and address risks as well as growth opportunitiesStrong verbal and written English language skills with ability to communicate credibly and professionally with a broad spectrum of clientsBasic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and XMLExperience balancing multiple customer facing projects/priorities at oncePassionate when it comes to figuring out solutions to different challengesDemonstrated success in LeadershipSelf-motivated and always looking for improvement opportunitiesCompetitive and driven to continuously out-performKnowledge of the industry and marketAbility to thrive and grow in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, with a focus on impact through executionCore Values - At the Heart of ExcersLasting RelationshipsWe are absolutely dedicated to building outstanding relationships - both within our team, and with our clients.
