eCommerce Logistics Coordinator

*ROLE*
Responsible for ecommerce order extraction/processing, inventory fulfillment activities and providing support to our third-party logistics in order to accurately ship our customer orders. This individual will work closely with the Production, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams in order to achieve smooth and efficient operations. The position reports to the Director of Operations.

*A DAY IN THIS ROLE*
- Export and manipulate data to prepare weekly shipping lists.
- Determine inventory needs and arrange transportation between suppliers, - warehouses and 3PL’s.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure all customer orders are completed.
- Oversee the pick and packaging process at our 3PL. Actively perform quality audits and provide feedback to ensure our standards are met.
- Create and maintain key performance indexes to monitor the accuracy and quality of our shipments.
- Negotiate rates with carriers according to changing volumes and territories.
- Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
- Interact routinely with Operations/Customer Experience/Marketing teams, vendors and warehouses.
- Develop new business opportunities as we expand our distribution across Canada.

*WHAT YOU NEED*
- Excellent communicator in English and French (Must be bilingual).
- A bachelor’s degree or DEC.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, ecommerce or other related fields.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Shopify.
- Experience with shipping software and knowledge of transportation (LTL & FTL) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and available to travel throughout Canada.
