Everplans is primarily distributed via financial professionals to their clients, through insurance and financial services organizations to their policyholders and customers, and as a benefit employers offer their employees. 

*About the Position*

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Expansion Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our partner relationships. This will be the perfect job for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, loves working in groups but is also able to work independently, is quick on their feet with new technology, is detail oriented, enjoys traveling and most of all loves growing customer relationships. 

*Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day*

- Use firmographic data and business intelligence to help prioritize high-value accounts

- Understand how your target accounts are structured, how decisions are made and who the key decision makers and influencers are

- Create and implement effective programs for our B2B customers to drive awareness and activation of the Everplans platform 

- Develop and nurture new relationships with our financial services, insurance and corporate clients

- Expand existing customer relationships by successfully selling the Everplans platform to financial advisors, planners, insurance agents and other intermediaries

- Build senior relationships with key decision makers at small, mid, and large-sized financial services firms, including RIA, Broker Dealer, Bank and Insurance Companies

- Anticipate customer needs and surface insights to product and marketing to enhance customer’s experience

- Represent Everplans in-person at customer conferences (whether it’s at the booth, up on stage, or leading break-out sessions)

- Make on-site visits to demo the Everplans platform at corporate offices, local branches and more

- Go above and beyond to activate financial professionals onto the platform - which includes making prospecting calls, and coming up with creative ways to achieve your targets

*You should already have*

- Minimum of 3-4 years of customer success, account management, or sales experience

- Exceptional written and verbal skills (English a must, multilingual a plus)

- Presentation and Platform demo skills (both in person and via webinar)

- Strength in building and growing relationships

- Ability to learn new technology quickly

- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus)

- Understanding of SaaS services/cloud technologies

- Experience selling or marketing technology to financial services professionals a major plus
