What you’ll do: You’ll work directly with the Evernow founding team to launch publicly and scale to a thousand plus paying customers over the next several months. This role demands a mastery of both strategy and implementation. You’ll need to bring tactical expertise that helps us find our first few thousand customers while building a cohesive plan and infrastructure for fast and sustainable growth. We’re data-driven and privacy-sensitive, and we’ll expect that you can thread the needle on working for both the good of the company and our customers. This is a role that will require you to understand and empathize with the needs of our customer, build authentic channels to her, and turn that into long-term customer relationships.

Specifics - hitting the ground running:
- Drive strategy, budget, and execution of new customer acquisition through all forms of media buying (and eventually offline media) starting with SEM and Facebook/Instagram
- Work hand in hand with product, design and engineering to identify issues and improve the end to end customer journey
- Define objectives, track progress, measure impact. Identify leading and lagging metrics to drive performance of marketing campaigns
- Love data. Focus on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, Insights.
- Clearly communicate goals, hypotheses, results, and insights across the team
- Refine Evernow’s understanding of the customer and the value propositions that work
