Freelance Fundraiser (Private Investments and Equity)

Euro Freelancers is a curated marketplace for fundraising services on-demand. We are incubating 40+ high-tech startups (mostly based in Finland and North of Europe) with MVPs, revenues and which want to raise around 1M€ growth capital and connect with investors abroad.

We need 3 freelance consultants who can raise private investments in Europe, North America, Asia, Midlle East and Africa. We are looking for experienced fundraisers and boutique consultancies specialised in private equity and venture capital. As a fundraiser, your mission is to bring together startups and investors, facilitate termsheet negotiations and help closing deals. You already have a portfolio of high-level contacts among investors and a successful track record in fundraising for high-tech startups.

Remuneration is based on a success fee (5% of all final funds secured). Additional fixed fees may be negotiated with individual customer startups on a case by case basis, for instance to review the customer's financial model and prepare the due diligence.
