Since launching into the USA market in Nov 2017, our brand has grown significantly and we’re now ready to further expand our USA team. We need a talented quick-learner with a can-do attitude who’s keen to grow with the brand.

While education and experience are always appreciated, a great attitude is what will ultimately decide if you join our team. Our ideal candidate will be ambitious and has a proven track record of executing and analyzing marketing campaigns through testing and optimization ideally within B2C E-commerce industry.

We're looking for a Marketing Associate who will be tasked with the management and implementation of measurement, reporting, performance, insights and optimization platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to help support the marketing team with conducting outreach for partnerships, quantify the value of partnerships, make recommendations based on data, and help with execution and tracking. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns as well as help out with various marketing and operations tasks.


Your responsibilities would include:

- Work closely with the Marketing team to analyze potential partnerships and make recommendations based on previous campaigns
- Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors, including the impacts of current marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing channels to drive ROI across channels and help define channel attribution models.
- Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure that they are establishing KPIs that align with top-level business goals and bottom-line financial requirements.
- Identify marketing opportunities and coordinate outreach.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the execution of projects.


Preferred Qualifications

- At least two years of proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in campaign management, measurement, ROI, and attribution.
- Experience in e-commerce website, social and media analytics.
- Proven ability to work on a small team, with a high level of autonomy in a high-growth environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented and efficient working style
- A high degree of comfort using analytical and testing tools
- A deep level of curiosity about customers and user journeys
- Familiarity with influencer marketing campaigns, fashion industry, and graphic design is a plus
