Purpose of the role:
To brainstorm, devise and execute business development & marketing strategies; oversee, maintain and report customer success; open and target new customer segments; achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Job Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain an agile, proactive, transparent and secure business development process/system for the products, services and offerings of the company.
• Understanding technical details, features and benefits of the products; sketching thorough value proposition, devising viable income streams and pricing strategies for the same
• Creation of marketing communication for the company, develop content in the form of blogs, white papers, articles, Press release and media correspondence
• Plan, direct, organize and manage digital marketing on Linkedin, facebook etc., promotional campaigns through right channels, events and exhibitions both online and offline
• Clear identification and delineation of customer segments leads and markets; Conducting thorough research on target customer organizations, their requirements/objectives and identifying respective decision makers
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to set-up meetings and regular follow-up to maintain rapport
• Writing business proposals and internal reports, preparing quotations, offers and sales presentations; Drafting and reviewing contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Providing after-sales support to customers and inform management of the feedback from customer for the products and services
• Organizing and maintaining thorough record of business and customer communications, sales, revenues, invoices etc.

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in one of Management/Marketing/Economics/Finance/Engineering
● 1-4 Years of Experience in B2B Business Development of Hardware machinery, products and solutions with demonstrated success in product launches and revenue growth
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, socially adept, ability to build rapport, conflict resolution; IT fluency in planning, prioritization and time management
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.), Strong in business mathematics, P&L planning. Accounting and Design knowledge is a plus
• Ability to solve tough problems, handle pressure and meet deadlines; Self-motivated to contribute and achieve in lean-team environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events both locally and nationally; Networking at and leveraging conferences, exhibitions and related events.

• Customer lead generation, conversion, relationship management and revenue growth; identifying and targeting untapped business potential for products and services
• Documentation and management of communication, proposals, quotations, contracts and business collateral
• Fluency in collaborating and working with management, marketing, sales and service teams
• Ability of doing sound research, providing key insights and recommendations to management on business strategies and tactics
• Communicating market feedback to product, engineering and service teams to ensure customer success
