Champion Customer Acquisition through smart and decisive business development strategies for the first of its kind futuristic robotic solution in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Purpose of the role:
To brainstorm, devise and execute business development strategies; oversee, maintain and report customer success; open and target new customer segments; achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Conducting in-depth market study in the construction industry by extracting configurable data points, maintaining databases, and primary research in the core business area
2. Understanding technical details, features and benefits of the products, extraction of business leads and their contacts through extensive research and maintaining the database
3. Modeling the data for the back-end support of business development
4. Clearly identifying and delineating of customer segments leads and markets
5. Conducting thorough research on target customer organizations, their requirements/objectives, and identifying respective decision makers
6. Identifying the key players in the industry, finding potential partners, and making primary calls to them, thereafter right scheduling of meetings and following up with them
7. Coordinating with our on-site working team and provide them with the requirements

Qualification, Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in one of Management/Marketing/Economics/Finance/Engineering
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, socially adept, ability to build rapport, conflict resolution; IT fluency in planning, prioritization and time management
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.), Strong in business mathematics, P&L planning. Accounting and Design knowledge is a plus
* Ability to solve tough problems, handle pressure and meet deadlines; Self-motivated to contribute and achieve in lean-team environments.
* In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events both locally and nationally; Networking at and leveraging conferences, exhibitions and related events.

Key Performance Areas
* Customer lead generation, conversion, relationship management and revenue growth; identifying and targeting untapped business potential for products and services
* Documentation and management of communication, proposals, quotations, contracts and business collateral
* Fluency in collaborating and working with management, marketing, sales and service teams
* Ability of doing sound research, providing key insights and recommendations to management on business strategies and tactics
* Communicating market feedback to product, engineering and service teams to ensure customer success
