The program has the goal to let students that are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in London to experience the startup life with hand-on experience. The program will run from October 2019-March 2020, based at Imperial Enterprise Lab. The hours are flexible based on the candidate’s university schedule. A manager would be assigned to the successful candidate, learning meetings will run monthly to review the performances and guide you on your learning journey.

As a Student in Start-up, you will be exposed to the early stage and the secret sauce of a London tech start-up. You will learn by doing how to run a business and how to let the magic happen for our users. You will be involved in wireframing of the next version of our platform, creative thinking, UI a part of graphic and media tasks such as photo editing, events and party’s organization. Moreover, you will learn how to gather users’ feedback and from ideation to execution of the new eShelf’s website.

eShelf is the #1 E-commerce that helps people to get the products they need very fast, helping local businesses and having a low carbon footprint. Showing the distance of items available in real-time across different stores nearby and allow to buy seamlessly.
Our vision is to “change the way you shop” merging the online and offline channels of retails and saving time to shoppers. This is an exciting moment to join eShelf because our e-commerce has been launched a few months ago and we are partnering with new stores every week and people have started to purchase on the platform. We are also working to release soon the second version of eShelf platform with new cool features and a big party.

Who we are looking for:
• Desire to gain first-hand graphic design, UX and UI experience
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude
• Studying towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic/Design or Visual Art would be ideal but other courses will also be considered
• Strong graphics skills; highly motivated and intellectually curious
• Proactive and able to take ownership of the assigned tasks

**The program does not include and monetary remuneration but provides you with the opportunity to learn real skills that are applicable in any company or especially tech startup.
