Responsibilities

* Promptly handles inbound customer requests according to Service Level Agreements.

* Drive Customer Success: Improve our clients experience by partnering with other functions (marketing, sales, product design, and engineer) to improve the end to end customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and retention

* it Provides sales with an early warning on renewal risks by maintaining health status across all customers - identifying and addressing any customer product-related issues or escalations

* Consult to the product design team to provide insight to customer's "lived experience"

* Be responsible for along with sales & strategy on key

* Ensure customers understand, utilize and love the Enzyme platform.

* Responsible for reporting on key metrics

* Plan and attend customer events including training and socializing.

* Responsible for staff Experts on select customer interactions

**Requirements

* Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS & life sciences

* 3+ years in a customer-facing role (consulting, sales, customer success, etc) or equivalent executive presence skills.

* Strong technical aptitude

* Strong writing ability

* Life Sciences sales and marketing process knowledge
* Ability to debug web apps using Chrome Dev console & network panel, read server logs
* Experience with regulated industries/product development
* Familiarity with GitHub and productivity tools like Asana, ClickUp, Jira, etc
* Familiarity with open source principles & collaboration (GitFlow, async workflows)
* Familiarity with Remote First organizations
* Customer Success Management experience
* Experience dealing with complex sales processes to large customers
