VP Channel Manager - Hardware Solutions (Multi-locations/Global Hiring)

- The Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

The Channel Partners role is Remote but preferably based out of HK/Macau, Singapore, Dubai, Maldives, London, EU, US - however, we are Globally expanding, so if you are interested, please do send in a note.

The Channel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. The Channel Manager reports to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Sales.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Signs in atleast 1 new Partner every month.
There are 3 Tier levels of reseller partnerships and there is a separate fee for each tier of partnership
Recommends partner strategy for their regions
Assigns and achieves sales quota in designated partner accounts.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
While the focus is on partners, however customers in the Hospitality Industry will also be required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ( MANDATORY)

Minimum ten years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment especially Hardware

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION ( NOT MANDATORY)

While it is preferred to have a professional degree, however being a silicon valley company ourselves, we recognize some of the biggest companies in the world were made by people who did not have their mandatory professional degrees. We care more about loyalty, commitments & attitude which is not taught in any professional degree course.

COMMISSION BASED COMPENSATION ( ONLY)
There will be no base salary initially, however, our commission is one of the best in the Hardware industry and after a few successful acquisitions of partners and customers , this would convert into fixed base + commission.
