Enki is looking for a technical sales and customer success lead.
This position is perfect for those that have worked as a developer, data scientist or data analyst before; and now want to add a new dimension to their skill set and experience in terms of working with clients and partners.
Enki's products have grown through word of mouth and referrals only; and now we're looking to build a sales and customer success team to help more companies benefit from our enterprise solution.
Given we're building a technical-focused brand, everyone in the team is technical in some way.
- Discussing with our partner companies how they can improve their processes and execution in the context of data and technology in general
- Identifying and prioritizing the partners which would benefit from our enterprise solution most
- Driving or contributing to conversations and interviews with employees and managers at potential partner companies
- Contributing to our efforts to ensure our partners are making the most of our products
- Helping with business development and partnership work as appropriate
