The Role

Enki is expanding its Business & Operation team! If you want to start to build a career in BizOps or become an entrepreneur one day - this role might be perfect for you.

This role is a rotational one between business and general ops, focusing on your preferred path. At Enki, we have a high bar for intellectual smarts and an even higher bar for being relentlessly resourceful. In short, you’ll thrive in this role if you get stuff done. We’re on a mission to arm every company with the Enki platform - join us in helping us do it.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist others within the Enki Operations, Technology, Product, and Sales teams to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies
Assists others in performing research and analysis (e.g., internal and/or external market, sales, delivery), forecasting, and examining business trends (e.g., customer feedback and expectations) to identify audience size and program scope, stay current, agile, and competitive.
Help prospect, educate, qualify and develop client leads to help drive business for the sales team in general
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
Work with internal departments to ensure we meet or exceed client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Team player, goal-focused, client service focused, problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication
Ability to move fast, ask insightful questions to clients, and work closely with our sales and operations team to target and develop opportunities
Fast learner, great listener, metrics-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry
Proven track record of success in a metrics-driven culture.
