Enertiv seeks a highly qualified Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The Technical Project Manager must able to manage and support project implementations both locally and remotely. Communication with on-site subcontractors and field team is imperative. The individual is also responsible for working closely with the project scoping team and providing a plan of action for all potential projects in the pipeline. The Technical Project Manager should be detail and process oriented, and possess great communication skills. Prior field experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate large scale energy meter and IoT sensor deployments including subcontractor vetting, contract review, scheduling, construction, closeout, commissioning, and M&V (Measurement & Verification).
Liaise with engineers to produce the associated details and construction documents (plans, specifications, and estimates) necessary to direct the construction contractors.
Maintain records of implemented measures in accordance with internal practices and third-party requirements
Communicate with property ownership and management regarding progress, key milestones and site visits. Prepare construction progress reports for property managers, building owners and other decision makers at client buildings.
Provide technical support during construction, startup, testing, system commissioning, and performance monitoring.
Other duties as assigned.


2+ years’ experience managing installation subcontractors and/or tradespeople. Lighting or Metering retrofit project management experience preferred.
Ability to establish strong rapport, ensure quality, and maintain schedule and budget.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with key stakeholders, including property management companies and building management staff, in order to exchange information, explain the project,
Experience working with utility, government, or regulatory authorities overseeing implementation projects. Energy project work preferred.
Ability to inspect or monitor energy systems to pre- and post- retrofit conditions and compliance with specification.
Experience in project management, particularly in the building construction field.
