Emptor Agile Product Manager
Emptor is looking for a talented leader to be our Agile Product Manager for the Data Engineering team with hands on experience managing large data initiatives. In this role, you will join the Engineering team as we build industry-leading products centered around fraud and identity verification. Other responsibilities include project documentation, monitoring and time tracking.

Remote - Global team, 8:00 AM UTC-5 to 8:00 PM UTC-5

-Background as developer.
-High proficiency using Jira and Atlassian.
- Reports to CEO.
-Computer Science studies or equivalent.
-Experience in digital transformation or Agile implementation for organizations.
-Experience as Scrum Master and Product Owner roles (2 years minimum).
-Ability to work remotely.
-Project management tools like Jira, Trello and Portfolio.
-Project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong experience working with software engineering teams specifically focused on Cloud, Data & Analytics development.
- Familiarity with many types of technical documentation (e.g. process maps, system diagrams, user experience, application maps, test plans, user stories, etc.).
- Strong analytical background and experience working hands on with data.

-Plans, reviews and controls the activities and conduct of project team members and/or team leaders for multiple project teams.
-Identifies, creates and maintains project documentation related to implementation resources, schedules, work plans, issues list, status reports and any other project related documentation
-Establishes and monitors project quality objectives, milestones, and benchmarks.
-Pre-implementation analysis and process re-design affecting the business and care processes to support organizational operations, and for measuring the effectiveness of strategies.
-Identifies the impact across all functional work teams that may negatively impact daily activities or the effectiveness of the project.
-Communicates tough issues to stakeholders and keeps an independent opinion.
-Responsible for the development and delivery of detailed work plans and reports to senior management team.
-Multi-task and manage any necessary project related escalations to meet timeline requirements and plan expectations throughout the project implementation.
