Your Role and Impact:

As the Senior Product Designer, you will be the visionary and hands-on leader of our design efforts, pioneering innovative solutions that enhance learning experiences for students worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving our product's evolution, leveraging deep UX insights and your passion for educational technology to make a tangible difference in the lives of learners and educators.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the end-to-end design of solutions that delight, creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces for students, educators, and school administrators.
• Engage in close collaboration with engineering and product leadership, leveraging risk-taking and iteration to ensure feasibility and meet user needs.
• Lead by example, being hands-on in product design efforts while leveraging your skills to lead design efforts across the organization (we probably need your help with some sales and marketing collateral!).
• Integrate User Experience Research methodologies early in the design process, ensuring user-centric development.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or a related field, with a focus on user experience, interaction design, or visual design.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS, startup, or digital product company environment.
• A portfolio that showcases deep understanding of UX design, with a track record of impactful, user-centric solutions.
• Experience in an early-stage startup, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• An innovative thinker with a passion for education and the ability to envision a future where learning is engaging, accessible, and impactful.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, capable of balancing user needs with business goals to deliver products that align with our vision.
• Proficiency in staying ahead of design trends, industry standards, and best practices.
