Embrace is looking for a Customer Success guru to join our fast growing mobile-focused company. As its heart, Embrace is a *data* company. We gather and aggregate all the technical data from many of the world's top mobile apps. Our team then converts the data into deep insights about the app so that our customers, mobile teams, can improve user experiences. Since data is the core of our product, the product and data analyst is at the hub of our company - they present insights to customers, gather feedback, work with engineers to build features and are the gatekeepers to the all the data driven decisions at Embrace.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data and present recommendations directly to our customers (top mobile companies) to improve the performance and stability of their mobile apps
- Leverage customer feedback and deep product knowledge, to influence future product roadmaps and drive decision making
- Investigate root causes for issues/anomalies and provide creative, compelling product or data solutions
- Contribute to building a data driven culture by implementing streamlined processes for insight reporting and automating existing processes where possible
- Build and maintain data, reports, models, and visualizations which provide insight into data integrity, user experience and business performance

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working in quantitative or analytical role, preferably in technology or consulting
- Proficiency using SQL to query large data sets
- Strong communicator, attentive listener and compelling explainer
- High EQ and capable of building strong relationships with customers
- Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
- Self-starter who is relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or other calculation focused field of study
