About the Position

Want to open an election in the USA, set up voting for a Dutch customer, and run meeting votes for an Australian customer all before lunch? Then ElectionBuddy is the place for you!

Elections are a fascinating and challenging process. There's no other job quite like it in the world. For most, elections happen once a year and can be an intense process requiring adherence to specific rules and bylaws. Some votes are built on the fly during meetings and some need monitoring by an independent body.

We are now on the lookout for high-performing Professional Services Experts to join our rapidly expanding Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our managed customers helping them create, launch, manage, and provide results for their elections and meetings.

Some of your Responsibilities

• Use your customer service experience and soft skills to build partnerships with ElectionBuddy’s customers to build and run elections that fits the needs of their organization and fulfill ElectionBuddy’s reputation of Election Excellence.
• Provide consultations and review elections to give guidance on election best practices to ensure voter turnout and results with high integrity.
  
• Act as the customer's main point of contact to answer any questions or concerns as they launch their election and during the voting period.
• Deliver voting results as an independent scrutineer to ensure that elections are always conducted in a fair, free and democratic way for the organization and their voters. We love democracy around here and ensure that voters' voices are always heard.
• Work with our customer success and the development team to fine-tune our application through bug documentation, process documentation, delivery best practices and mentoring new team members. This sounds daunting, but you will be supported every step of the way.

Your Progression

Within your first 3 months, you will learn at our ElectionBuddy Academy and become fully immersed and up to speed with ElectionBuddy’s voting platform and the industries we serve. You will becomean expert in all things elections after which you will start working within the services team on a number of projects helping build and deliver elections all over the world.

Within 6 months, you will be working 1-on-1 with clients to build, create and find solutions to their election and meeting needs. You will conduct workshops, consultations, create and build votes and deliver on implementions and train ElectionBuddy’s managed customers.

Within 12 months, you will self-manage your own projects and be an expert within the services team, providing high-level advice to clients on their election and project. Your expert knowledge will be valued throughout the team and shared by mentoring new ElectionBuddy team members.

Your Qualities, Skills and Attributes

• Capability to quickly think on your feet and adapt to changing environments due to the nature and wide range of voting needs. The thrill of change and uncertainty energizes you!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with fast and accurate typing. You will be working with clients via email and in presentations and spend time recording, documenting and sharing ideas.
• Solid soft skills and a love for engaging with people with help-first qualities and rockstar abilities to navigate, understand and manage expectations. You will guide customers to make the right setup decisions.
• Ability to stay organized and manage your time - you can juggle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks at one time. You thrive on the challenge of solving multiple problems at one time.
• Results-oriented and driven to ensure successful completion of projects because you enjoy being successful and share in your customers' and co-workers success
