The Role

As a People Manager (HR), you will drive Eiya’s internal teams to success. You’ll manage our employees' career growth, goal completion, and handle the full onboarding of new employees. Most important, you’ll develop scalable strategies to retain new hires and employees at Eiya.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry Eiya's culture, mission and values to every member in the organization.
  • Ensure people are executing at their highest potential, you will work directly with Tech, Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Design, develop and deliver key programs which may include talent planning, performance management, compensation plans, learning, career planning, and talent development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people in the organization.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • 3+ years experience in human resources, preferably in technology or startup companies.
  • Ability of implementing agile practices into traditional HR processes.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly for in-person and online meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Worked in developing standardized systems for recruitment, onboarding, day-to-day activities, personal development, and leadership training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Emotional intelligence and stability
  • An open mind to new ideas and approaches
  • Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible, fast moving
  • Self-learner traits
  • Long term vision
