The Role

Help us empower Mexico's ecommerce market while eliminating the pollution it goes with it.

As a Sales Business Manager, you will drive Eiya’s future growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and lead them into happy users. You’ll manage inbound leads (as the first point of contact for many new and growing brands interested in Eiya's services) and follow up through the sales cycle. Most important, you’ll develop scalable strategies and repeatable processes that enable us to amplify the number of new brands joining Eiya.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact to Eiya's potential customers. Drive results by providing solutions to the customer's logistics and online sales problems.
  • Build and implement strong sales processes while growing your ability to inspire and motivate Eiya's vision into interested customers.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging new clients interested in improving their online sales backend logistics.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in technology or ecommerce companies.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans spanning multiple niches and industries.
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person and online meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations.
  • Strong customer solution qualities.
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce and logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and stability.
  • An open mind to new ideas and approaches.
  • Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible, fast moving.
  • Self-learner traits.
  • Long term vision.
