Frontend Developer (Web/React)

Help us empower Mexico's ecommerce market while eliminating the pollution it goes with it.

As a Frontend Developer you will be participating in product development and growth strategies. You will develop the experiences focused on improving conversion in Eiya's sites and products. You will grow within Eiya's various products; our clients web and mobile apps, our couriers mobile apps, and web integrations and plugins.

YOUR CORE JOB WILL BE:

• To work side by side with the product and growth team to optimize landing pages in real time based on metrics and analysis.
• To develop pixel perfect interfaces and seamless interactive products the convert new customers; web and mobile.
• To connect with backend development for complete functionality.

YOU MUST HAVE/BE:

• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in software development using open source languages and frameworks, mostly HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript
• At least 1 year of React experience and real world practices
• Knowledge of React Native is a bonus
• Scrum knowledge and experience
• Test Development Driven practices
• Emotional inteligence and stability
• An open mind to new ideas and approaches
• Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible, fast moving
• Curiosity

• Leadership traits, communication and empathy
