DUTIES
- Be the front-runner in building client acquisition strategy, managing client relationships and communications.
- Build customer interest list to target goals for consulting and product business lines
- Land alpha, beta, and future customers
- Nurture customers through the sales process
- Be the customer advocate and bring back customer feedback to product and executive teams
- Ensure customer success
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in enterprise software sales, a plus if sold conversational AI solutions formerly
- Ability to distill a complex converstaional AI solution into laymans terms
- Has own personal mid-size enterprise network, with C-suites at growth-stage firms that hire between 500-3,000 knowledge workers, strong network in California preferred
- Familiar with B2B Sales Cycles
- Enterprise account management skills required
- Prefer Los Angeles based, but open to remote
