EINO is growing and we are looking for a well-rounded business development lead with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us. This positions involves market research and creative outbound outreach in finding right prospects, understanding their needs, and matching EINO proprietarily AI platform to their BI needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct market research by understanding the stakeholders in each organizations
• Generate prospective customers through cold outreach
• Map organizations and understand the needs of different stakeholders
• Quantify stakeholders needs with given metrics
• Keep the CRM up to date with accurate information
• Seek and develop new business opportunities in the market

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of B2B Enterprise marketing & sales
• Confidence with cold outreach
• Strong problem solving skills
• Self-starter with positive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to understand and quantify customer needs
• Desire to hustle and prove oneself
• Product management experience a plus
• MBA degree is a plus
• Understanding of financial modeling is a plus
