What we do
Today we are a peer to peer marketplace and booking platform. Tomorrow we are a tool to opt out of the mainstream education system.
Our marketplace lists in-person educational experience such as courses, clubs & alternative schools. We are especially loved by outdoor educators, home educators and Waldorf supporters. We provide software to the teachers and schools, helping them to reach new learners and taking care of all their admin.
The link below tells you a little more about us and what we are looking for:
We are based in Sussex, UK but our team is fully remote. You will need excellent communication skills and a very high standard of English.
Why you should apply
As a young company, we're at the stage where everyone's contribution is vital. There are no managers, not even the Founder and we rely on everyone thinking about the business, arguing and solving problems. Everyone comes up with and executes autonomously on their own ideas.
There is great freedom and great responsibility.
The third year of startup life is the most exciting. You have real customers, masses of feature requests and investment. It is the sweet spot for those that enjoy the feeling of personal ownership of a project without the crazy risks before market validation.
You should apply to work here if you want to play a significant part in the development of a product and want to learn really fast.
Oh yeah, and you most probably think the current education system desperately needs to be re-engineered.
Please be aware that we typically get over 200 applications. To help us screen, please write a cover letter.
Work from your happy place.
Be free to organise your day in the way that it suits you. Get up, go to the gym, work some, grab a coffee, work some, walk the dog, work some, play with your kids...
Always bring a dog.
Get a dog. You will be happier.
