We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Training Manager who is eager to learn and grow our practice! The ideal candidate believes in providing personalized education to our customers to assist with their rapid product adoption and on-going education needs with a key goal to ensure that the training program in place to meet the needs of existing customers and new customers. This is an important role at EduBrite as the Training Manager works with the Customer Success and Product teams to share customer feedback and needs from training sessions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their learning needs and tailor training sessions
  • Be a trusted advisor for EduBrite’s customers during their onboarding and future educational needs
  • Provide necessary training and education on EduBrite's offerings and new features through demos, webinars, and workshops
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Be an active member in the customer community to connect with customers in answering their questions
  • Manage the product documentation to keep it up-to-date with the latest product releases and enhancements
  • Continuously improve our learning programs and develop new offerings

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years experience building highly engaging educational content in a variety of modalities (e.g., eLearning, labs, hands-on practice, vILT, workshop, on-the-job etc.)
  • Experience in adult learning theory and know which protocols will ensure that people learn effectively
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Experience with e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Suite, Camtasia, or similar tools
  • Professional PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentation skills
  • Experience in graphic design and multimedia asset creation using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiar with the latest trends in the education field and with e-learning approaches and technologies
  • Strong experience with and well-versed in the realm of LMSs and other learning technologies
  • Strong writing skills and experience in managing the product documentation is a plus
  • An excellent facilitator who delivers structured content and engages different audiences both online and in-person
  • Quick learner, attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive work ethic

  • BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field
  • Ability to travel to customer sites for onsite training
